Peter Norton - President
Peter Norton is the President of MOV Digital Media and is responsible for ideation and next generation client solutions. Peter has developed technology and tools that have enabled MOV Digital Media clients to automate their marketing programs. With over 14 years experience in sales, marketing and consulting, Peter has led several teams within some of the largest international electronics and marketing companies worldwide. During many of his roles, he has had the opportunity to demonstrate his exceptional ability to navigate the evolving world of new media and has solved for the challenges that accompany a fluid technology landscape.
Kevin Voigt - Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Kevin Voigt is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MOV Digital Media, responsible for strategic direction, business development, sales and marketing. Kevin has over 15 years of direct marketing experience most recently as the Sales Director of National Accounts at IWCO Direct. Kevin has developed marketing programs for multiple industry verticals throughout his career and is responsible for the national sales effort specific to MOV Digital Media's current and emerging technology solutions. Kevin's consultative style in working with customers has assisted multiple Fortune 100 companies increase market share.
Steve Schultz - Vice President of Operations
Steve Schultz is the Vice President of Operations at MOV Digital Media, responsible for day-to-day operations and dedicated to ensuring that MOV Digital Media products and services meet the highest standards of quality and experience. As a strategically focused operations and services leader, Steve has over 14 years experience in providing pre and post sales services, project and product management, marketing, training and global implementations. Prior to MOV Digital Media, Steve worked at IHG, Intercontinental Hotels Group, leading the teams that developed and implemented several global technology applications and solutions. Steve and his client facing teams from Silverpop and Interland have consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies, as well as provided marketing leadership and guidance for hundreds of SMBs.
Tom Amon - Customer Engagement Ambassador
Tom Amon is the CEA of MOV Digital Media. Tom brings a wide breadth of marketing experience in the technical arena to the MOV team. Prior to joining MOV, Tom was CEO of Red Rock Products, Inc. an eCommerce business with a network of sites in the health and fitness market space. The company's dynamic growth attracted a larger conglomerate that purchased the company in 2012. Chairman and Founder of eVu Enterprises. By identifying early trends with internet marketing, Tom developed cutting edge technology, and secured patents on what became the cornerstone technology at the center of eVu. By delivering dynamic content without downloads or plugins, it became an enterprise solution to deliver advertising on the Internet. The company experienced explosive growth during the dot.com era and was subsequently sold to a private equity group. As Founder and CEO of Cornerstone Investor Relations, Amon used technology to deliver the first annual reports to the Internet. Setting in motion SEC qualified distribution to shareholders through the Internet. At their peak, Cornerstone IR was the leader of Internet publishing of Annual Reports and handled over a hundred of the fortune 500 annual reports, and their online portfolio included over 1,100 annual reports online. Additionally Tom has been the CEO and President of Amon & Associates Advertising, Publisher of Performance After Market Magazine 32,000 monthly subscribers, and Owner / President of Exotic Car Expo a consumer automotive show that was produced in major metropolitan venues across the country.
Jason Banks - Director of UX
Jason Banks is the Director of UX at MOV Digital Media. He is passionate about improving the way people live and work with technology, and brings over 16 years of human-centered design expertise to MOV Digital Media. With a formal degree in Mechanical Engineering, he began his career designing pagers at Motorola for the Japanese pager market in the early 90's, then moved on to designing the interior of vehicles at Honda R&D Americas. His transition into the web and mobile space has allowed him to design interactive web and mobile experiences used by millions of passionate users around the world; as the sole designer for Livemocha, he helped build their online community, now over 10 million members strong, and the world's largest online language learning website. Over the years, high profile clients have included Nintendo, AT&T, Nick Jr., MTV, Motorola and Microsoft, and his design experience creating usable and enjoyable experiences for both mobile, web, and tangible consumer products has spanned multiple industries: from aviation, aerospace and automotive to online education, health insurance and consumer electronics. He is a passionate user advocate, and enjoys a good sense of humor.
Scott Mazurek - Director of Information Technology
Scott Mazurek is the Director of Information Technology at MOV Digital Media and comes with a diverse background, having managed IT operations in printing, marketing and graphic design industries. With over 18 years experience in IT management, Scott has had the opportunity to work with many well known companies such as Comcast, Microsoft and Marvel Comics just to name a few. Some of Scott's strengths in managing IT operations include: process change management, budgeting and cost control, electronic commerce strategy and deployment. As the Director of Information Technology at MOV, Scott's main focus is network security and system administration of Windows, Apple and Linux systems in addition to providing direction of cross media to customers.
David Salmassian - Creative Director
David Salmassian is the Creative Director at MOV Digital Media. David leads the Creative team and brings over 15 years experience in design and brand development. Over the years his objective has always been the same, helping brands make a meaningful connection with their customers. Prior to joining MOV, David operated a design consulting business for over a decade, where he worked on many new media projects in the Sports, Music and Lifestyle markets. Brands such as Sony Music, Interscope/Geffen/A&M Records, Vans, Volcom, as well as three NFL teams, have benefited from his experience. David has helped develop and run an after-school art program that encouraged high-school students from at-risk neighborhoods to pursue careers in the creative and design industries. He is also a Cub Scout leader that helps guide grade-school boys to become great citizens and to live the motto, "Do Your Best".
Jorge Ramos - Software Architect
Jorge Ramos is the lead programmer for MOV Digital Media, providing a breadth of resources and complete application lifecycle for web and mobile solutions. With over 14 years experience in leading architect and software development roles, Jorge has been the front runner for strategic management software, including call center and sales solutions, CRMs, CMSs, lead generation, general administration portals, front-end GUI applications and social media. His experience in Microsoft, Linux and mobile platforms gives MOV Digital Media a leading edge in providing end-to-end digital solutions.
